Colour Story: Ivory & Brown
The ivory and brown tones are drawn from undyed, handcarded New Zealand wool, sitting in a soft cream-to-warm taupe range. The two tones play off each other in offset blocks, creating a quiet rhythm that feels tonal rather than high contrast. The natural variation in the wool means no two blocks read exactly the same, giving the surface a handmade warmth that softens the geometry.

Natural Variations
Natural variations in pattern, colour and texture are part of what gives an authentic handmade rug its character. Final dimensions and pile heights may vary by up to 5%.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

Our sample loan service lets you choose with confidence. Samples are offered with a fully refundable deposit and free shipping both ways.

How it works

ORDER: Click Order Sample to add the sample to your cart to checkout with a refundable deposit.

TRY: Generously sized at 30x30cm, our samples help you assess tone, texture and quality in your space.

RETURN: Return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your deposit. When you are ready to send the sample back, contact us and we will email your prepaid return label.

Our samples are woven to the same standard as our rugs. Keeping them in circulation reduces waste and allows more clients to experience them at home.

We offer complimentary shipping across Australia on most orders.
In-stock rugs are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order rugs have varying lead times depending on size, technique and complexity. The estimated lead time for dispatch is displayed on each product once you select your size and colour.

Remote and very rural areas
Some remote and very rural postcodes may incur an additional freight charge due to carrier access and location.
If this applies to your address, we will contact you prior to dispatch with the final cost. You may choose to approve the surcharge or receive a full refund.

Delivery Information
Rugs are shipped via courier and require a street address for delivery and will need to be signed for. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

14 day returns (in-stock rugs)
Change of mind returns are available on in-stock rugs within 14 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom & Made to Order rugs
Custom sizes and made-to-order rugs are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for change of mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or damaged items
If your rug arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
