We aim to make delivery as seamless as possible while ensuring your rug arrives safely.

We offer complimentary shipping across Australia on most orders. However, some remote and very rural postcodes may incur an additional freight charge, including parts of Western Australia.
If this applies to your address, we will contact you prior to dispatch with the final cost. You may choose to approve the surcharge or receive a full refund.
Rugs are shipped via courier to ensure safe handling and delivery.
In-stock rugs are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order rugs have varying lead times depending on size, technique and complexity. The estimated lead time for dispatch is displayed on each product page once you select your size and colour.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
As a general guide:
- Metro areas: typically 5–10 business days
- Regional areas: delivery may take longer

No. A street address is required for delivery. Rugs come under large & bulky items, hence we are unable to ship rugs to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses.
Rugs are shipped via courier and may require a signature on delivery.
If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a card with instructions to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Re-deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge which you may be invoiced for. It is advised to track your delivery and make suitable arrangements for receiving the delivery for the estimated delivery date.
Please inspect your rug upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@houseofbohi.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address.
Please contact us at hello@houseofbohi.com.au as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. It is currently not integrated into our website, so for international orders, please contact us at hello@houseofbohi.com.au for a shipping quote and we can help process your order separately.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
